Privacy policy
What personal data we hold, why, and your rights over it.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run the service: an email address and password hash if you create an account, an email address if you subscribe to the newsletter, and standard technical logs. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics today, and we do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we process:
Why we process it
We use this data to operate your account, deliver emails you asked for, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of our agreement with you, your consent where you gave it (newsletter), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Sharing and processors
Personal data is shared only with infrastructure providers that host the service and deliver email, under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it. The current processor list is available on request until it is published here.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while the account exists and removed on deletion, subject to a short backup window described on the account deletion page. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
Requests and questions go to legal@propspread.app (placeholder address). If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
This tool provides an indicative comparison of spreads and estimated execution costs based on periodic snapshots from connected data feeds and normalized trade assumptions. Displayed values are not tradable quotes and may differ from prices available on any provider's live accounts. Spreads vary by account type, server, liquidity conditions, and time of day. Competitor names and marks belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied. The "Average Prop Firm" benchmark is a computed composite of sampled competitor feeds, not the published pricing of any specific firm. Cost estimates use a normalized trade scenario and do not constitute financial advice or a prediction of trading results.
