Who we are and what this is
This website is operated by Not yet known: operating entity to be confirmed, referred to below as "we" or "us". It provides an indicative comparison of proprietary trading firm spreads, execution costs, ratings and related educational content. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the service is not
The site is an information tool. It is not a broker, not a trading platform, not an introducer, and not a financial adviser. Figures shown are indicative snapshots and estimates, not tradable quotes, and nothing on the site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy any product or join any firm.
Accounts
Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it at disruptive volume, or interfere with other users. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; see the account deletion page.
Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- misrepresent the data as official pricing of any firm, or resell it as such;
- attempt to breach, probe or overload the service or its data feeds;
- use the service where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction;
- copy substantial parts of the site's content or data without written permission.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, and compiled data presentations belong to us or our licensors. Firm names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance here is nominative reference for comparison and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.
